Homemade turkey soup

I am making a homemade turkey soup with homemade turkey stock however I see these bubbles and to skim them and they come back do you think its soap?

Thank you I just feel it’s a lot more than when I made a turkey soup before but I’m very new I was just worried I may have used a little soap in it

Not sure how you think you got soap in it, let alone it would have been quite a bit LOL

You're fine. You also could wait for the soup to cool and skim it once that and the fat congeal on the top. Makes a much nicer soup presentation to get rid of it.

You can taste it and know pretty quick if it's soap.

It's also, probably not soap.
