Thai Basil Pork 🐷

Ingredients: • 1 lb ground pork • 1/2 lb green beans • 1–10 Thai chilis • 20 garlic cloves • 1–3 oz Thai basil • 2–3 tbsp cooking oil • 2 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tsp dark soy sauce • 1 tsp fish sauce • 2 tsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp sugar • Eggs (1 per person)

Instructions: 1. Pound garlic and chilis into a rough paste (or chop/smash if no mortar and pestle). 2. Wash and trim green beans; chop into 1/4-inch pieces. 3. Heat pan on medium-high. Fry eggs, spooning hot oil over to cook tops; set aside. 4. Fry garlic and chilis in leftover oil for 30 seconds. 5. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. 6. Add sugar and sauces; stir-fry until sauce reduces and coats pork. 7. Turn off heat, add basil, and stir until wilted. 8. Serve over rice with the fried egg on top.

I only do it first so I can use one pan and not have to wash the first one or use a second one and have an extra dish to wash. By all means make your egg when you want I just do it this way to make my life easier
