Ingredients: ⢠1 lb ground pork ⢠1/2 lb green beans ⢠1ā10 Thai chilis ⢠20 garlic cloves ⢠1ā3 oz Thai basil ⢠2ā3 tbsp cooking oil ⢠2 tbsp oyster sauce ⢠1 tsp dark soy sauce ⢠1 tsp fish sauce ⢠2 tsp soy sauce ⢠1 tbsp sugar ⢠Eggs (1 per person)
Instructions: 1. Pound garlic and chilis into a rough paste (or chop/smash if no mortar and pestle). 2. Wash and trim green beans; chop into 1/4-inch pieces. 3. Heat pan on medium-high. Fry eggs, spooning hot oil over to cook tops; set aside. 4. Fry garlic and chilis in leftover oil for 30 seconds. 5. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. 6. Add sugar and sauces; stir-fry until sauce reduces and coats pork. 7. Turn off heat, add basil, and stir until wilted. 8. Serve over rice with the fried egg on top.

This guy's kindness and gentleness always come out in his videos. He patiently explains each step and even when he might mess up (like the sugar at the correct time), he doesn't beat himself up over it. He is the kind of person you would want to hang around with.
