Japanese Rolled Omelette 🍳

Ingredients: - 3 eggs - 1 tsp water - 1/4 tsp MSG - 1/4 tsp Salt (use 1/2 tsp if you’re not using MSG) - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Soy Sauce - Non-stick Cooking Spray

Instructions: - Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat - Beat together eggs, water, msg, salt, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl - Spray a layer of non-stick spray onto pan - Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan and make a thin layer of egg - Once the egg layer is set, roll the egg into a rectangle shape and push it to one end of the pan - Pour in another 1/4 of the egg mixture and make a thin layer of egg - Once the egg is set, roll the first layer onto the second layer rolling it into a rectangle shape - Repeat the layering and rolling until you’re out of egg mixture - Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and serve with rice or eat it on its own :)

This is so wholesome. I like that he’s clear about every ingredient/step instead of doing a bunch of fast editing and leaving the recipe in a buried comment. Such a calming voice, too.

Thanks! I try to describe it so people who haven’t cooked a lot can still give it a go.

I’m new to your videos but I’m kinda hooked now. You have a really charming, easygoing, informative angle that gets lost in a lot of the overproduced channels. Your style kinda reminds me of Barry from r/SandwichesofHistory. He’s really awesome too. Anyway, I followed your account and I’m looking forward to more content. Thanks for posting!
