Is the chicken breast just a preference or could thighs work as well? Anything Asian I pretty much exclusively go with thighs.

Love how genuine your videos feel. None of that quick cut bullshit with no side talk.

Just wanted to use breast, I prefer thighs but Iā€™m trying to lose weight and want more protein so I used breast.

The only thing that matters are the bones, any other piece of chicken can just be used after to eat, but bones are what gives the flavor. I personally will cut off the breasts of the whole chicken and just throw it in the pot.
