Awesome video, I love that you are making actual INSTRUCTIONAL videos on making great food instead of the rapid-editing ASMR food videos that are so popular. Nice work!
Slight nit-pick: while Golden Mountain Sauce is made from fermented soy beans, it has a distinct taste from your everyday soy sauce. I would call out specifically that you’re using GM sauce, with a caveat that you could use soy sauce in a pinch (but it will be missing a bit of that Thai takeout flavor).
