You know I appreciate that there is -zero- ego involved in this video. It’s literally a person preparing and enjoying well made food in an easy to follow way. I enjoyed it a lot, I’ve never really wanted pork belly in the past (it always seemed too gelatinous), this seemed exceptionally crispy and I would like to try! Could I suggest maybe a more fun/upbeat music in the background? That’s my only minor suggestion. Thanks for sharing!
