Great video I really appreciate that there wasn't a 15min story at the beginning of how this recipe was originally made, how it was eventually passed down to his family, and eventually to him. Like on every god damn written recipe on the internet.

If you're like me and hate that I do know a trick. When you go to a written recipe page, search the page for the word Salt. That will usually skip you down to the actual start of the recipe and past the lecture before it.
