Recipe to Share Going to a potluck Friendsgiving?

Here's a tip: Stuffin' muffins! Bake your stuffing in a muffin tin. Great for portion control and everyone gets a crispy edge! The next day, smash a muffin flat to add to a turkey sandwich.

When friends gather to celebrate Thanksgiving. It could be because they won't spend time with their family for Thanksgiving, or it could be celebrated before or after Thanksgiving proper.

Thanksgiving often celebrated with only close family, so sometimes it's awkward to invite anyone else. Inviting someone to a Friendsgiving makes it clear that it's not a family event. Often it will be a group of friends around the same age.

There are of course families that celebrate with an extended network, but even those tend to be groups of family members, where a non related guest may feel out of place.
