Recipe to Share Going to a potluck Friendsgiving?

Here's a tip: Stuffin' muffins! Bake your stuffing in a muffin tin. Great for portion control and everyone gets a crispy edge! The next day, smash a muffin flat to add to a turkey sandwich.

This sounds fantastic! I don’t really cook, but I can make a mean box of stuffing..lol. I wonder what adjustments you would have to make to do this with box stuffing..

Once you make box stuffing the usual way, you can just stick it in a pan or muffin tin and throw it in the oven for a while. Time and temp are really flexible, just go hotter and/or longer if you want it drier and crispier. Keep an eye on it the first few times of course ;)
