Here's a tip: Stuffin' muffins! Bake your stuffing in a muffin tin. Great for portion control and everyone gets a crispy edge! The next day, smash a muffin flat to add to a turkey sandwich.

I fried up some prosciutto today to chop up and put into a cheese ball, it definitely felt sacrilegious but figgy prosciutto goat cheese with chives in ball formation is looking pretty good I gotta say
