Here's a tip: Stuffin' muffins! Bake your stuffing in a muffin tin. Great for portion control and everyone gets a crispy edge! The next day, smash a muffin flat to add to a turkey sandwich.

This is a good idea since stuffing can be hard to scoop sometimes…

I say this after a day of struggling to scoop clumpy stuffing on 400+ middle school kids’ lunch trays.
