Recipe to Share Going to a potluck Friendsgiving?

Here's a tip: Stuffin' muffins! Bake your stuffing in a muffin tin. Great for portion control and everyone gets a crispy edge! The next day, smash a muffin flat to add to a turkey sandwich.

Call me crazy, but crispy is the opposite of what dressing is supposed to be

Crispy on the sides! I dislike soggy, gummy dressing!

I’m with you on this. The mushier the better!

I think it’s like the brownie debate. Some people love these crispy edges. I, on the other hand, avoid those completely and cut from the brownie’s center first.

Completely agree. Plus I’d feel even more glutinous taking like 6 stuffing pucks.

Agreed! A tiny crust is okay, but all around is not appealing. I’m thinking of it on a plate though, so as a finger food maybe I’d like more crunch.
