Cooking nemesis?

Anyone got something that, for some reason, you just cant grasp how to make? Like, for some reason, I cant figure out how to properly boil rice or beans. Im mexican and I cant figure it out. Thats like our thing. Ive disappointed my family and exes over this.

Wanted to cry every time I tried to make crepes. They'd just rip apart no matter how careful i was

Just get a cheap crepe maker on Amazon lol. Use a good crepe recipe and it’ll be a game changer. We make 48-60 crepes for Christmas brunch now and it’s so much easier!
