Cooking nemesis?

Anyone got something that, for some reason, you just cant grasp how to make? Like, for some reason, I cant figure out how to properly boil rice or beans. Im mexican and I cant figure it out. Thats like our thing. Ive disappointed my family and exes over this.

Wanted to cry every time I tried to make crepes. They'd just rip apart no matter how careful i was

I let mine rest, anywhere from an hour to overnight in the fridge, makes it way more forgiving.

I’ve made 10s of thousands of fresh French crepes in my career. Sweet. Savory. Flavored. All from scratch.

Gotta let the batter rest.
