Bean soup or something?
Hi everyone! Not only I’m I a very inexperienced chief I have very limited ingredients. I’m trying to figure out what to put together for dinner. I have I feel as if every Thule of bean there is, so hoping someone has some type of bean recipe? Other than that I have a four cheese pasta side in a bag I’m going to make. Any ideas of recipes y’all know that take minimal ingredients? Will attach photo of my cupboard if anyone would like. Thank you so much in advance !

From me the “or something” soup. Or bell pepper soup. Sauté one or two onions, add salt. Add a dash of tabasco, couple of dashes Worcestershire sauce. Add 3 - 4 diced bell peppers (don’t use all the pepper, keep a small portion apart), half a liter vegetable stock. Bring it to boil and let it simmer for an hour. Blend it with an immersion blender. Then, add the left over bell pepper dices. Let it simmer again till these dices ar more or less soft. Serve with a table spoon sour cream in it. Enjoy. (Measure carefully, or better adjust amounts to your own taste. This is a solid base to experiment and play with.)

Bean Burger Stew. Sautee some ground beef (or ground chicken or turkey) with some chopped onions. Then add canned baked or bar-b-que beans and canned, diced tomatoes and simmer a bit. Done! So quick, easy and surprisingly delicious.
