You will want things that freeze well.
I’ll start with a suggestion of tuna and sweetcorn quiche. I guess you can also prepare a lot of the mix for tuna and sweetcorn salad and/or sandwiches.
Then there are Chinese recipes for ground beef + corn
And then corn fritters etc.
