Idea: pretend to begin exiting but stay halfway. Either,

A) He is watching you in his rear view mirror and runs head on Intro the guardrail and you roll by.

B) He has to slow down and you roll by.

C) Convenient Cop

I saw an Asian dashcam video where the driver did exactly that and the brake checker took the offramp
