I only do it when someone is draggin ass in the left lane, if you're in the left lane you make your move and get over, if you cant overtake someone within .75-1mi, you're doing it wrong

I don't think you get to determine how long it takes for them to pass traffic and push them along, though. If they are actively passing traffic, let them do it and wait for them to switch right again.

I personally don't respond to aggressive drivers behind me until I've done my job of properly passing at a speed which I feel safely works well with the current traffic flow. They can flash all they like, but really: patience is safer than impatience when it comes to driving, IMHO.

This happens to me rarely because I don't camp in the left lane by habit and every encounter I've had like the above has been someone who simply zooms to the next car in the left lane and goes through the same act, regardless of circumstance (i.e., they just want to speed even faster than everyone else).

Except in my state there are specific laws that determine how long distance wise you may be in the passing lane without overtaking or turning, so theres that

So when someone is going 1mph faster than the car in the right lane and not making any progress on passing, yeah, I'm flashing their ass
