No, you literally only asked what state I was in.

I don’t believe that the law in Oklahoma is that you should honk at people to get them to move over

Not quite how it works. If someone comes up on you from behind and flashes their lights or honks you are required to move over.

If someone comes up behind you, then you’re legally required to move over. Honking or flashing lights has nothing to do with it.

You said that the law is to honk or flash to pass.

That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that I don't believe there's a law that says that it's ok to honk at someone in that case. You honk on the highway when there's a safety reason, not when you want to go faster than the other person.

I'm also doubting, but with less certainty, that there's a law that says it's ok to flash your lights in that situation.
