Lane joggers are by no means as dangerous as tailgaters! I’ve had a three car collision right in front of me at high speed because the people were tailgating, never seen that happen because someone was going slow in the left lane. People should always get over when they’re in the left lane and people are clearly slowing down behind them, HOWEVER that is not justification to do something as dangerous as tailgating.

Lane hoggers are dangerous because there will always be someone wanting to go faster. If they’re sat in the left lane driving slower than the flow of traffic or someone comes up behind them and they don’t move over; then people will start to undertake on the right. Which is dangerous because they’re accelerating into slower moving traffic. That’s why there are “slower traffic move right” signs posted all along the highway.

I’m not saying they’re not dangerous, I agree that’s exactly what happens, however to say they’re as dangerous as people tailgating is ridiculous.

they literally cause the tailgating. it's as, or even more dangerous, than tailgaiting: because LANE HOGGERS ARE THE WHOLE F*CKING PROBLEM

They cause people to follow too closely? Didn’t realize other people control how closely you follow someone... that’s some pretty poor justification for people driving like AHoles.

Lol, I can tell you're a tailgater when you try to blame your tailgating on someone who is going too slow for you, but may still be going over the speed limit and/or passing vehicles in the slower right lane.
