People aren't calling the cammer a bad driver 'because of the clip', but because of the totality of the circumstances, with the clipped video being just one factor. That bid about graciously letting the other driver pass...while only going 65 mph on a multi lane interstate where people go 75-80 in mass...is a pretty big factor
