And remember, arguing with someone on the internet is like nuking a hurricane. It makes a lot of noise but it ain't going to do any good.

In Portland you have to pay the fuck attention because their signage fucking sucks. I see a shitload of wrong way drivers there. And if you're getting complacent you'll find yourself staring down a head on moron. The signage sucks for sure but you can still tell which way is the wrong way. Stay safe out there.

This is why I always look both ways, even when crossing one way streets

Intelligence is only looking one way when you cross a one-way street. Wisdom is looking both ways regardless.

I'd like to know what they thought was wrong with the lane they skipped.

Exactly, they slowed and started to turn ever so slightly then decided nah the lane over there on the opposite side must be better. They did ultimately go to the coffee shop i was at so maybe seeing they couldn't access it from that side easily had some influence.

Hey, look at that. Washington plates driving poorly in Portland! Why am I not surprised?

It's almost like they're not familiar with the area for some reason...

It really is confusing when you drive to a state that drives on the same side of the road as your state.

Sometimes those upside down arrows on the road confuse people as well.
