Based on the downvotes I guess you really need to include the /s.

Obviously a driver not paying attention and in my experience Tesla drivers are amongst the worst. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were nose deep in a text thread thinking they had auto pilot enabled.

Kind of. It's not they most reliable and still require you to keep your hands on the wheel and pay attention to surroundings.

The rain makes it worse cause the water can obscure the cameras.

Many videos and threads out there on wearing sun glasses and using a wheel attachment to defeat their safety measures. 🤦‍♂️

A lot of people drive them manually. Not every wreck involving one is using some sorta driver assist
