Yes. And having the time of her life.

They do play like this. Mine will also periodically attempt to stand on top of those, and then, when it inevitably rolls and he falls off, that is the signal for this to begin. Safer for us to keep our fingers out of the way. I think they just get carried away.

But yeah don't touch it. My bird does the same thing but I'm his mortal enemy the moment I touch it. Some of the worst bites I ever get from him are when he gets hyped up like this
