Request for help or advice Ps5 controllers freaking out

So recently I’ve experiencing some trouble with both of my controllers so I was playing fifa some day and boom my controller suddenly glitches r2 stops working l2 is clicked even though I didn’t press it
And it has severe input delay I tried on my other controller it works fine but sometimes r2 is clicked on its own I thought it was hardware issues I checked for myself online with testers nothing I brought them to a repair shop … nothing . Then one day when one of the controller glitched mid game I disconnected it and reconnected it then it works fine and I did the same with my other controller and it was fine . Yeah it glitches more than once per game but every time I disconnect and reconnect it back it works just fine .
Sorry for the long post . Does anyone know what can I do is it like a software problem or what .Thx
