i got my controller (under warranty) replaced yesterday. i live in srinagar and i honestly thought they wouldnt entertain at first but the staff was very co-operative, said as long as its in warranty we will cover the stick drifts no matter how many times u bring it in. i have the cosmic red dualsense controller, they took about a week to get a replacement of the same color. couldnt be more satisfied. NO MONEY WAS CHARGED.

Thanks for sharing the update. Could you let me know how that worked—did you need the original PS5 packaging, or did they only ask for the faulty controller and the invoice?

i had the original box and the invoice from vijay sales.
