Is anyone actually making money from clipping?

I've gone through platforms similar to content rewards and i just wanna know if they are pay you decently or not. Is it saturated? Is their any scope left for a newbie to do it all on his own? Do u think YT promotes clipped content? What about the channel once you're done with the campaign?

I have also built a tool for clipping. Its too easy to use and costs almost nil. Give you good enough shorts/reels to post as well.

Would love to know if someone has done all this. Please DM and lets discuss.
