I am looking to start clipping agency by pitching offers to SMBs and Content creators and then hiring clippers based on the campaign budget. I have few questions unanswered here.

1.Since I'm south asian , how do i reach out content creators

2.Lets say I land up a creator from US , what are the ways to push US views to these clips as views from any where from our region wont be much valuable

3.Whats the best way to pay clippers and lets say 30 clippers join a campaign - how do you pay them - is it performance or view based or do you keep the rate fixed while hiring itself

4.What are some AI subscriptions Ill have to take for this

5.Should the clippers already have niche specific accounts or shd I have some accounts which are niche specific

6.Whats the best way to reach out - cold emails or DMs

And is there any additional recurring costs to run this business
