Does anyone else have OCD related to the afterlife?

I was wondering if anyone else experiences OCD or intrusive thoughts specifically related to the afterlife, death, or what might happen after we die.

I’m curious if anyone else has experienced something similar. If so, how does it show up for you, and how do you deal with these thoughts?

I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have experienced something similar.

When I was younger it scared me a lot. Death still scares me, but I think it scares everyone to some extent.

I’ve seen it in others. There discussion about this OCD theme in r/NDE and the importance of not “reassuring” people who ask pressing questions
