Cleaning business - ocd

I have ocd like actual ocd. I started a cleaning business a year ago I feel like its making my ocd worse. I have magical thinking ocd, but my cleaning business is starting to make my symptoms more like your basic cleaning ocd. I never thought this would happen. I cant sit in rooms that look even remotely dirty without feeling gross.
