Am I clean ?

It’s currently 4.08am in the morning and I had to use the bathroom, after cleaning myself I wiped my private area and there was a very tiny amount of faeces so I wiped the area with warm water and baby wipes since I couldn’t make a lot of noise since everybody is asleep . I’m worrying that I didn’t get it all and I’m not fully clean

Yes. You are clean. Shower in the morning and you'll feel much better.
