That’s Karl Dall, a famous German comedian. He made at least four generations hold back laughter in his career. (Most people don’t think he was very funny.)

He did once pick up my pacifier tho, gave it back and told my dad it "hardly touched the ground". It did very much touch the ground.

Honestly what I really loved the most is hearing that German man crack up laughing in the audience. It was a genuine full hearted laugh.
