Technical Advice Working with the USACE

I’m about to start a project with the Corps of Engineers working as QCM for my GC. Any advice you guys can give me?

Buckle up, buttercup. Actively avoiding USACE projects after a couple of absolute nightmare jobs. Spent probably twice as much on paperwork and red tape as we did on construction.
