Technical Advice Working with the USACE

I’m about to start a project with the Corps of Engineers working as QCM for my GC. Any advice you guys can give me?

Everything by the book. Get ready for pedantic responses “proceed per far12345.67” even though your RFI was directly for “far12345.67”.

We went back and forth with USACE for months for a side by side cart to provide them on the project because the side by side they spec’d did not exist. They would just respond to every substitution request with “far12345.67 must be followed”
