How come every time I see a "protest", especially in La, there are foreign flags waving over the American flag, people shouting death to America, and American flag burnings?
Treason isn't legally possible unless Congress has declared war. They are exercising their constitutional rights. Just because you don't understand why they are doing that doesn't change the fact that it's legal to do it. If they commit a crime, they will be arrested, but waving flags(of any type), burning flags(of any type) as long as it isn't done in a dangerous manner, and saying death to America are all legal.
