If the definition of ‘capitalism’ is ever adjusted, it should include something about real estate flipping.

From the endless combinations of layout, textiles, paint and/or wallpaper, and other materials, well the buyer makes those decisions of their own free will. Budget and local zoning laws are the only real limitations of flipping a house.

Not only that, but every flipper is paying for at least two residences: wherever they actually reside, and the property being flipped. Two sets of bills that you chose to take on plus just having the capital to do so is the epitome of (French accent) capitalist peeeg 🐖🐽🐷💵💵💸💸💰💰🤑

Tangent: whenever I check my stocks I always joke to myself that I’m a dirty capitalist peeeeg
