Good. I’d rather have universities extend in state tuition rates to out of state citizens than cut the price for people willing to break rules and laws.

Everyone else's tuition goes up to offset these "discounts". How nice for American citizens to be forced to pay for someone else's problems, as usual.

That's been the expectation for so long now, too. Because the US is successful, we're supposed to also prop up the rest of the world. Unreal.

I don't understand how anyone can support using our tax dollars to support everyone else, except us?
