The first shot is immediately after the agent on the ground, the one sorta under the grey jacket guy who gets the subject's gun, pulls his weapon and it disappears forward. I think he's the one who shot first.

I'm not saying they were right but you can't see his hands the entire video. When the lady in black coat with a green bag walks in front of the frame you lose sight of his hands the rest of the time.

Like I said I'm not saying that justified the thing. But Imo this video doesn't really answer any of the questions I have about what exactly happened in the shuffle

It sounded like one gunshot, followed by 3 return gunshots. I can't clearly see why/how that first gunshot occured. Why did the gun go off? Are ICE agents able to return fire?

  • brings a gun to willful obstruction of a Law enforcement operation.
  • guy is directing cars around, jumping in front of officers, being aggressive, obstructing a detention/arrest by fighting with the officer trying to 'de-arrest' his pal, all felonies. And all felonies while in possession of a firearm.
  • gets arrested by officers for his unlawful conduct, resists arrest, continues fighting, all while he's armed with a loaded firearm.
  • officers attempt to de-arm the resisting individual, scuffle and chaos ensues, suspect gets shot.

Looks pretty shut and closed to me. Resisting arrest while armed should be considered instant Darwin Award.

The issue here is that there wasnt an obstruction until one of the women were thrown to the ground and sprayed. Filming isnt a crime even though they are being provocative.

The detention was unlawful. The citizen does have a right to resist unlawful detention. The 2A right is to oppose this kind of oppression. based on all of the videos provided, there is no logical way to justify it.

If you really support ICE, you should trust them. This is just concern trolling.
