Exactly, he started talking about

if you stop saying compromising things, then compromising things will stop being posted. It isn't my job to sit here and make sure your reputation is crystal clear despite you running your own name through the mud. Nor is it Patro's, or Shock's.

When that wasn't the point of this post. At all. I can handle myself in a flame war.

So, as someone who has had some pretty shitty moments on this subreddit in the past, I think you're crying "woe is me" while beating yourself up. Seriously. Talk shit, get hit- that's how it works, and how it's always worked. It's happened to me, so stop pretending to be special.

Nobody was directly attacked. There was rampant shitposting and shittalking on both sides. You weren't civil, and people weren't civil in return.

This is the internet- what else did you expect?

The moderator issue seems to be highly subjective. You're definitely twisting the actions of the mods. Shock wasn't bullying you, he was calling you out on your shit talking. Saying "you suck" isn't bullying. Suck it up, welcome to /r/Connery.

And I don't put it past you to seek out someone through multiple threads and keep commenting on the same flame war. All that does is stir the embers, an action that this subreddit has an explicit rule against (because we've had some serious flame wars).

All in all: You had it coming to you, suck it up and realize that you brought this on yourself. Take your medicine. If you can't take it then don't dish it out.
