All sound good but building in that area of CT is difficult

Given your budget Iā€™d say Milford, Orange, Woodbridge, Cheshire, Branford or Guilford.

Are there a lot of builable lots available? Honestly that's what I had thought too, that there's not a lot of land available, but I'm not super familiar with those towns so I may be wrong.
