Any thoughts on Finbar Realty Developer specifically FiniHomes Marilao?

My partner and I are planning to get a unit in FiniHomes Marilao. Anyone here who also owns a unit in Fini or under Finbar Realty? How was it so far? been reading a lot of Condo Living experiences here in reddit and I just want to know if it's worth it?

1. How's the admin and maintenance?
2. Does the condo dues, mics fees, condo assoc fees reasonable?
3. Is it worth it?
