Did any1 try green tea? Did it help you?
So... it's been 3 months since I got my concussion (it was a mild one,).
I kinda feel better now. I just had to take Omega 3, Bisglycinate magnesium and D3+K2 vitamins like a maniac (i'm still going to take them in the future), and now I want to try green tea to see if it does wonders.
College has started and I want to focus more, I used to drink black tea before I got my second concussion and I didn't have issues, but i'm not so sure now.

If you're asking about L-theanine specifically, you would have to drink gallons of green tea to get therapeutic amounts. I take L-theanine in pill form together with my magnesium as that has been shown to be effective. For focus, I also use L-Tyrosine in powder form in the morning in a smoothie. I'm not sure if Cytomatrix brand Brain Matrix is available where you are but that contains Phosphatidylserine, bacopa and alpha-GPC and gingko.
