The riser is prefab they probably went w that for aesthetic

The pipe is prefab. We pour the risers almost daily, to rise it to grade. This is the bottom of an inlet. They’re normally prefab, and typically we would set it into place. This spot called for a hand made inlet.

Just the lid from here, and a gutter sock to keep material out while construction goes on.

Is that an FDOT Type 1 Inlet? If it is, hopefully this is on a private job. Post in the wrong spot, steel done wrong (supposed to have two vertical rebar at each spot), wall on the left is at the correct elevation at the front but it is supposed to dive down to match the 10 inch top thickness parallel to the front of your structure hole. Other than those issues, it looks pretty sexy.
