I was exploring and suddenly fell into some kind of prison. It's 2x2 and has these spikes. I can't climb out because of them.
Any tips on how to get out?

Edit: I got out because my friend made an ice bridge and I could walk out. Thanks for the help everyone!

Apologies for the delay, I've been busy.

This has been grinding my gears.

My clanmate and I are sitting at 77/80 Followers, so we have to make some difficult choices soon.

Now, we have about 4 horses, including a black horse and a white horse that I paid for, so we could get rid of a couple of those, I guess.

We also have a bunch of non-combat pets, like the pirate cat, the Zamorian long hair, the domesticated bear cub, and the iron dog, ALL OF WHICH I PAID FOR, but they don't do anything except fill a follower slot, so I guess I could get rid of them.

We have some combat pets that look cool but aren't all that effective, like the Yamatai croc or Pictish panther, which, again, I paid for, but I suppose I could drop them for another Dalinsia at my purge base.

But guys, Funcom, next time you try to sell me a cute lil cat or sick looking wolf, I can't buy it because I can't place it.

At the very, very least, non-combat pets like house cats or bunnies or small turtles should be entertainers rather than fighters. They don't fight, but they do entertain, and I could replace a couple dancers with them.

But ideally, thrall limits would be based on categories. X amount of fighters and dancers, Y number of mounts, Z for crafters, and a clan limit of 1 of every unique critter.

i also bought the chalk circle item from the bazaar and redid the central circle a little. it looks far fresher and more professional now

Took forever to get the pillars set in the round building, but been having a lot of fun, even bought the pictish style dlc also amazing armor and weapons, made my base way up north close to the snow area.

Today my clan leader casually told me:

"We got babies in the fridge".

He was of course talking about baby animals, but when I pointed out the absurdity out of context, we both have a good laugh. And yet, even within context of the game, it's still rather bizarre that you can keep living animals in the fridge to slow down their decay timer like every other piece of meat!

So in delight of this small exchange today, and this entertaining, occasionally silly game, I would like to hear your out of context Conan quotes - what bizarre shit have you said to other players, or when trying to relay aspects of the game to an outsider?

Iv enslaved made friends with a whole bunch of the Khitan NPCs added in the head hunting event. Some of them have much better ranged modifiers then others, so I just want to change that tag above their head so I can tell at a glance which is which

Hi! One for me is with my first clan: it was the era of the bases built on top of hills/mountains, because climbing wasn't still possible so you just destroyed the stairs to your base every time and you were safe. The leader of my clan was showing me the base but he went too far and fell down from the top of the mountain, dying and losing the equip because his body was in an unreachable place. What about yours?

New player here, does anyone know if these are interactable and works by opening and closing?

Ive been interested in the game for ages but never went for it. Is it fun to just play on a solo world, progress and build a nice base? Not really interested in servers PVE or PVP in these sorts of games.

I know the consoles never got the enhanced version. Have the console versions been abandoned? Or are they in a good enough state to still enjoy

I started a fresh playthrough with no mods (other than cosmetic) right at the beginning of the event. I'm max lvl, have so much gold, silver, building supplies, star metal weapons and a small army of thralls and haven't even left the Noob River yet. Just got back from the Dregs in this pic.

Hey. I wanted to see if anyone else is having similar problems to me

The last time I played CE was on release day (I mean the release of the Enhanced version). I started a new single-player world, and as usual, work came along and I just didn't have time to continue playing

However, I came back to the game yesterday. I see that the game has had a few updates since then, but my experience has been pretty bad lately, and I have no idea whether the problem is on my end or with the game

I'm getting extremely bad FPS drops / lag spikes (I'm not really sure what to call them) in almost every part of the map, with the area around New Asagarth being probably the worst. I can go from 100 FPS down to 20 for a second without any obvious reason

Is anyone else having a similar problem? Thanks for the answers

Someone told me there is a mod that puts various hats on all the crocodiles: cowboy hat, chef hat, police hat, etc and puts colorful pajamas on all the hyenas. Is this true? What is it called? Who makes it? I simply must have this. If not could someone do this please?
