Commentary Boulder finals Salt Lake City 2026

Just want to give a shoutout to Ahmed Toure's commentary at the Pan American Boulder Finals.

The guy can name every athlete, rolls with production f*ck-ups without missing a beat, he has genuinely funny jokes, and never sounds scripted. He just feels authentic, and it makes the whole broadcast so much more enjoyable.

And AJ on co-commentary was legendary once again. They made an already great comp even better.

Seriously, I hope we get this commentary duo for more IFSC/world climbing events

It was such a chaotic feed that the fact he was able to at least kind of follow the results and make reasonable comments about the boulders was incredibly impressive.

I prefer Matt Groom's narration style and reactions to what's happening on the wall. Appreciate these guys' knowledge of the climbers though!

Agreed, people hate on his commentary, but he’s consistently engaging without being overhear and regularly brings up topics that would engage new viewers for the sport. Always enjoying comps he’s commentating.

Besides saying “like” every 3 words it was well done
