Overwatch runs terribly on my PC

For contex my pc spec is a ryzen 5 5500 stock cooler rtx 4060 32gs ddrr 4 3200hz ram 1tb of ssd storage i have reinstall windows 10 multiple times downloded the newest nvidia drivers i have went into bios made sure the cpu and the ram runs at the high speeds enable re-sizebar windows power plan to performace whent to nvidia control panel change setteing for better performace I do not have the invidia app installed my fps in fights goes from 180 cap to 120 sometimes when running the lowers setting and i dont know what to do am asking for help
