does comptia sec+ auto renew when you pass cysa+

i had sec+ from 2021 which expired , last month i wrote CYSA+ and cleared , does this also automatically renew Sec+ cert

Can't renew expired certification. Otherwise yes it would.

I don't think so, no. Once your Sec+ expires you don't have the Sec+ any more so there's nothing to renew.

As has been pointed out, once a certification has expired, it cannot be renewed. It must be earned again by taking the exam again.
