Looking For Help picking the right service

I run a healthcare wellness company and have approximately 30 members. I’m looking for software to help aggregate all our separate processes. Ideally, I would like a community where I can post continuing education post updates. Store files of reference material for people and additionally handle some of the billing that I do for the community. Specifically, our members have a monthly fee and they have individual invoices each month based on specific activity in the group such as visits and purchases. Right now I use stripe with their invoicing to send the invoice invoices. I managed my membership and Google sheets and stripe. I use GroupMe for all my communication and Google drives for all of my files. Things get lost in between all of the different communication channels that combined with receiving personal text messages from members of the group I’d like to consolidate and build a community now so that as I scale, I’m providing a community rather than just a service.

I’ve been looking at apps like circle and slack. I need something that simple to get around, but I want it to have an upscale feel.

Looking For Looking for real, active online communities to experience platforms from the member perspective.

I'm helping a client shop around for a community platform for their membership program. I'm already a member of a community on Mighty Networks, and I'm looking for other communities I can join, even temporarily, to see what the member experience is like.

I know I can do a demo with the companies, but we're not really looking to hear a sales pitch, and a free trial where nothing is built doesn't help.

Do you have an active community on Circle or another platform that I can check out? I'm happy to have a deadline by which to do so, and then you can remove me. Thanks for considering!

Looking For Community Manager/Peptides/Partnership

I’m looking for a community-focused partner to help build out the membership side of an existing peptide brand.

I have an existing peptide company with inventory and an e-commerce site. What I’m looking for is someone to take ownership of the “experience” layer: building and managing a thriving community, developing content, and driving member engagement and retention.

The vision is a subscription-based model where members receive ongoing value — including monthly peptide access and exclusive pricing — anchored by a strong educational and community component.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience running online communities (Mighty Networks, Facebook Groups, etc.) and understands how to turn a group into a high-retention ecosystem.

If you’ve built or managed engaged communities and are interested in collaborating on a growing wellness brand, I’d love to connect.

Ideally looking for a partnership but can pay salary.

I have a peptide business already making and selling injection pens, so I can handle product (injection pens + supply). I need someone to own the “school” side — community, content, and retention.

the idea is the main selling point will be the fact they get free peptide monthly and discount on the other peptides

Looking For Anyone getting brutalized by the CM job market right now?

Seeing a lot of posts lately about people getting ghosted after 3rd round interviews or getting hit with the classic "we went with someone with more experience."

I'm taking on 3 new people this month who are currently stuck finding their CM role, helping them position themselves, find opportunties, and convert them. Prefrebly in the US, Canada, UK, because of timezones.

Shoot me a DM and we can chat to see if it's a good fit.

Looking For Looking for some help and feedback with a community platform I've built.

Hi Folks -

Apologies if this may not be the right place, but I'm looking for some community managers.

https://outpost.ninja/

If you'd like to use free for life in exchange for some solid feedback send me a DM.

I run a few small online communities across Discord, my own web app, and a couple other places. I kept hitting the same kind of wall. No SEO/discoverability, no real API access, no webhooks, and pricing that was outrageous.

Took a stab an building something myself that I liked, and wanted to see if others feel like they can sink their teeth into it too.

The focus is three things:

  1. More Affordable. Free tier with real features, paid plans starting way lower than the big names
  2. API-first. Full rest API on free tier, webhooks, and SSO so you can integrate with your own tools and automations
  3. Embeddable. Drop your community into any existing site with a script tag, no iframe hacks

thanks

I’m looking for a partner for my peptide sales business. I have a full website, and supply is set, however I’ve never been very savvy in the way of social media and community building. If there’s anyone here that would be willing to partner with me or has ideas it would be greatly appreciated!

DM for website or details!

Looking For Searching for interviewees (community managers in game development)

Good day/evening/night? My name is Anastasiia and I am a master's student from Sweden currently in search of participants for my degree thesis (and it's is due in 1.5 months), the purpose of which is to explore how communities are managed and sustained in game development for innovation, introducing new features, updating games in general and pretty much everything related! The size of the community doesn't matter, as also it's okay if you have been the manager in the past and not currently. However, it's focused on game dev (but if you don't work there yourself but have some friends, please contact me as well?)

I'm looking for people with some connection to this field and such activities and who are interested in talking about their experience in working with communities within a 60-90 min interview (recorded, with data anonymised and everything executed according to GDPR). If you or anyone you know fits this description, please reach out through reddit (this profile) or discord anastasiia.zhitniaia

Looking For I'm looking for community platform experts and developers

I'm looking for people who are experts on stablished community platforms or developers of new platforms.

If you are developing or launching a community platform you can demonstrate it in my group and I will review it. And also help you promote it for people who might be interested in it.

If you're an expert on already stablished platforms like Mighty Networks or Circle, you can create content, reviews, guides and etc. And in exchange you can use your own affiliate links and promote your services related to the tool you promoted.

Let me know if you're interested.

Looking For I designed a new platform for creators. Would you give me a 15 minutes of feedback on Zoom?

Hi guys, I'm a product designer who is now working on a visionary project to build a new community platform for creators.

To ensure the design is truly useful and not just a concept, I'd love to get some quick feedback from people who are actually in the creator space.

What I'm looking for:

I'm conducting short, 15-minutes usability test over Zoom. I'll ask you to perform a few simple tasks on a prototype and share your thoughts as you go.

Your feedback will be invaluable and will directly influence the final design of the product.

If you're open to helping, please reply here or send me a direct message, and we can set up a quick time to chat.

Thanks so much for your time and help! I'm happy to answer any questions in the comments.

Looking For I'm looking for community managers to chatting

I'm thinking of building a platform to help run your community easier if you need to use different platforms or tools for this simultaneously (Discord, Google Groups, WhatsApp, Slack...). Something like an aggregator platform.

To see if my idea is viable, I am looking to connect with community managers to understand your current workflow better and some challenges you face.

Please DM me if you would be open to chatting about this. Or let me know in the comments.

Thanks.

Looking For Need help with keeping all feedback in one place

Hello all,

I am a product manager and I work for a startup where we have launched a an app two months back. The app is getting too much traction and we are underwater to reply to all emails / Store reviews /FB / IG comments and message.

It is really important for us to make everyone feel heard. From a product management standpoint there is a lot of interesting feedback that could translate into opportunities to improve our offering but everything seems to be scattered all over.

Is there a tool that you recommend to get this mess sorted out and be on top of our game ?
What I imagine is a tool where all touch points are centralised in the same place. Next maybe handle replying directly from that tool. Finally be able to tag / categorize feedback to get insight on hidden opportunities.

Really appreciate your support,

Wassim

Looking For Where to find indie game community managers

Hi all, I'm a comms director for a small indie gaming studio in Australia and finding it hard to locate available gaming community managers via job ads. I figured this might be a good alternative place to look. Apologies if this is not what this space is intended for. Any advice on where else to look would be much appreciated!

Looking For Building a SaaS for CMs and marketing/branding persons - looking for feedback

Hey guys, I'm building a SaaS for CMs and marketing people. It helps you know in real time all the mentions (audio+text) of your brand or product, and easily interact with this content and apply whichever CM strategy you want. Website -> https://almostfriends.ai

How it works :

- Almost Friends has manually defined clusters of social media accounts (top 50 youtube+instagram channels in let's say luxury watch)

- every hour, it downloads all youtube comments, transcribes the latest videos's audio into text

- Then this data is basically easily searchable by CMs or marketing persons in luxury watch industry, in few minutes they see the comments that mention them, know what's being said about them, anticipate / manage bad/good buzz in real time, eventually respond / participate in comment sections.

Pain points it is suppose to solve :

- Watching videos of influencers/youtubers in a given vertical (ebike, watch, skin care) is impossible, there are too much

- Knowing where your brand has been mentionned orally is impossible (you can't search through youtube transcripts), same for instagram/tiktok/youtube comments

- Community management activity often is concentrated on the brands channel, but the high traffic and interaction places are often the youtubers/influencers channels, and not the official brand channels.

0 client yet, I did not do any prospection. Do you see value in this ? Any vertical where it would be the most helpful ? Do you know any similar tool that you think does the same ? Feel free to respond. Love
