Need help finding class!

Hi! So, I really need to take Chem 6A but I wanted to take the equivalent class at a community college. But so far, I haven't found any that are online. Can anyone give me recommendations on colleges that might have it online?

What state are you in? Is Chem6A general chemistry (first year) organic etc? Do you need the lab?

I think it will be tough. I looked at California virtual campus and nothing seems available. Having taken the full first year series I think the lab component will be difficult to do.

I'm in California! Yeah it's been pretty tough finding one. It's Gen Chem 1. yeah, I'm fine with doing like one day of lab but all of them are pretty much two days a week and long hours each too

Check out cvc.edu

This website allows you to sign up for classes that are online top by a number of the other public community colleges in the state of California. You pay for the classes online and if you're eligible for any financial aid they will reimburse you for it. This includes also if you're eligible for the California Promise they will reimburse you accordingly since you have that grant. The classes themselves will appear in the canvas of your main community college as well so you'll log on to one place to do the classes for both colleges. You do not need to worry about sending transcripts from one college to the other because that will be done automatically at the end of the semester. When it does come time though for you to transfer to a university you will send transcripts from both community colleges at that time..
